We take 'Value Add', to the next level with Bounties, which incentivizes our LPs directly using Beyond's Carry. This enables our LPs to acquire additional company ownership, and gives our companies access to high-class talent, & a network that was previously inaccessible. Our LPs range from high-level executives to founders with very large exits, and everything in-between. There's a high chance many of our LPs can have a meaningful impact on your company's growth.

Step 1: Creating a Bounty

We work with the company to define their most pressing needs, from: Customer Intros, Employee referrals, technical / strategic expertize etc.

The bounty's success is tied to a specific outcome, to ensure expectations are aligned.

The reward is defined which can be one or a combination of: 

i) Carry - Provided by Beyond

ii) Credits - Provided by the Founder (each portfolio founder received a bonus set of credits)

iii) Equity - Provided by the Company (think of Beyond as a micro-advisor but the comp is split across many individuals, objective and success based)

Step 2: Connect with LPs

We locate the LPs best suited to fulfil this Bounty based on their expertize & experience. We also incentivize our LPs to pass this bounty to relevant individuals in their network, further expanding the network.

Step 3: Bounty Execution & Value Exchange

We support the bounty execution to ensure it's fulfilled as planned and then release the reward.
